  6. an  independent contractor, you should be aware of the following:

  8. a) At the conclusion of the tax year, a report will be sent to the
  9.  Internal Revenue Service and other local authorities of the gross
  10.  amount earned.

  12. b) No withholding of taxes takes place. You may have the 
  13. obligation to pay peridoic taxes or withholding towards the same. 
  14. Please consult with a tax advisor of your choosing regarding the 
  15. requirements. EMORY EMPLOYER cannot provide tax advice.
